Look who’s planning on running for AZ governor.

Conley and the family felt obligated to try to right this wrong,” said Lawrence Wright, one of the Wolfswinkels’ attorneys. “They felt the need to take a stand against the reign of terror that was being conducted by Sheriff Joe Arpaio and Andrew Thomas.”

Thomas still contends that he was only doing his job, rooting out corruption. He filed criminal charges against Stapley, Wilcox and Superior Court Judge Gary Donahoe, and filed a civil racketeering lawsuit in federal court against those same defendants and others. Many of the allegations had to do with the construction of the Superior Court’s south tower, which is now in service.

Thomas and one of his deputies were disbarred because of those actions; another deputy was sanctioned. Former sheriff’s Chief Deputy David Hendershott, who helped mastermind the corruption investigations, was fired.

Thomas announced Thursday that he will run for governor of Arizona.

From the Article:
Wolfswinkel’s is the ninth settlement stemming from the so-called corruption investigations carried out by Thomas’ and Arpaio’s offices.

They were looking for corruption, and it looks like they found it, just not in the way they had intended.

Not enough dirt in Arizona to hide “Joe Stink”, “America’s Sheriff.” Says a lot about how some people view America. Your tax dollars at work at work Arizona. Be proud. American Proud. Made in USA Proud. Twits.

I hope the survivors of rape and various levels child abuse that Arpaio chose not to treat as human beings deserving of justice, bring a class action lawsuit against Arpaio, the city, the DA, the various posses, his investigators, Arpaio’s political enablers(who see skin color and culture the same way Hitler did), his advocates and cohorts to Arpaio’s reign of terror, fraud and negligence.
I hope one day soon he has an attack of conscience, realizes just how much pain he has caused the people under his thumb, and as a result has a fatal heart attack. I hope his last words are ‘sorry’, and ‘I am a sick man, please forgive me’.

Google can be harsh. I just went looking for some comparisons expecting a salint example of how bad Arpaio is. Well… Much to my shock—-That is about the same as LAPD costs LA in a year over the last ten or so. Imagine that. LA county-3.8 million people. Maricopa County 3.88 million people.

Is LAPD as screwed up as Maricopa county?

My jaw is hanging.

Yes. The LAPD is very screwed up, and has been for quite some time.
